Privacy Policy

The only information you actively give this site is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, and, if you choose to fill them in, a phone number, details about your vessel, its length, where it is berthed, which service tier interests you, and your message.

Everything else is collected automatically by the three third party services listed below, and is limited to what those services need to work.

The form does not email us directly from your browser. It posts to a form handling service operated by CalTech Web at forms.caltechweb.com, which formats the submission and sends it on to Vantage Yacht Management by email through Resend, an email delivery provider. Your submission passes through both of those services in the course of reaching us, and the resulting email is stored in our mailbox.

We use what you send only to answer your inquiry and to quote the work you asked about. A phone number given on the form is used to reach you about that inquiry and nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or trade any of it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking to be on one.

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which tells automated submissions apart from real ones. Turnstile runs in your browser and sends signals about the browser session to Cloudflare, which returns a pass or fail token with the form. It is used for abuse prevention on this form only, and it is not used to advertise to you.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people actually read. It records things like the pages you view, roughly where you are in the world, the type of device and browser you use, and which site or search sent you here. It also records when a contact form submission succeeds, so we know which pages generate inquiries.

Analytics loads only on the production domain, so preview builds of this site are not measured. You can opt out across every site that uses Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

This site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability. There is no other tracking installed on this site: no advertising pixels, no chat widget, no session recording, and no third party embeds beyond the services named above.

Contact form emails are kept as long as they are useful for serving you, and are deleted on request. Analytics data follows Google's retention settings for the property.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through the contact form, or directly to contact@vantageyachtmanagement.com or (954) 951-9778, and it will be handled by Captain Trace himself.

This site is meant for boat owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means the current version applies.
