You may read this site, print pages from it, and share links to it. You may not copy the content wholesale onto another site, scrape it, or use it to train a commercial model without written permission. The Vantage Yacht Management name, logo, and page content belong to Vantage Yacht Management.

The service descriptions here explain what Vantage does in general terms. They are not an offer, a quote, or a promise of a particular price, schedule, or result. Nothing on this site creates a service relationship. That begins when a written agreement is signed.

Nothing here is marine engineering advice, survey findings, insurance advice, or legal advice about your vessel. Decisions about a specific boat should rest on an inspection of that boat.

Several of the services described on this site are managed rather than performed in-house: vendor sourcing, bid review, repair oversight, refit project management, and the trades those jobs involve. In that role Vantage selects, coordinates, and oversees independent contractors and yards on the owner's behalf. Those vendors are responsible for their own workmanship, licensing, and insurance, and any warranty on their work is theirs. The scope of what Vantage is responsible for on a given job is set out in the written agreement for that job.

We keep this site accurate and current, including any cost figures cited on it, which come from published third party salary research and are national ranges rather than a quote for your boat or your market. Third party research changes, and pages can fall behind it. The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.

Where this site links to another organization, that link is a reference, not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for what that site does or says.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Vantage Yacht Management is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.
