The Program
What actually happens
Vantage provides two tiers of weekly and bi-weekly service. Regardless of vessel size, a licensed individual boards every boat on a schedule, works system by system, and reports through the YachtWave app.
The rhythm
Systems typically do not fail all at once. They go quietly: a bilge pump that stopped cycling weeks ago, a loose shore cord connection, a strainer packed with heavy growth, a seacock that hasn't been exercised in two seasons. None of it is dramatic on day one, but all will cause massive expense if not caught early.
Our program shortens that gap. You don't get a drive by or a visual check from the parking lot. Licensed individuals come aboard to inspect and verify the systems that you depend on.
- Weekly
- The full systems check, aboard the boat, every week of the month.
- Bi-weekly
- A full wash: topsides, house, hardtop, non-skid, glass, and stainless.
- Same day, in writing
- A written report with photos after every visit, posted to your owner portal.

Common questions
Not seeing yours? Contact us.
- How often is someone actually on the boat?
- Approximately 4-6 times a month to fulfill weekly checks and washdowns. A captain will board vessels under Full Management more often to conduct routine maintenance, work with vendors, or for additional tasks.
- What happens if something is wrong?
- You hear about it the same day, in writing, with photos. If a vendor is required, Vantage sources the vendor and presents bids. All work is subject to the owner's approval, and all bids undergo an independent bid review before presentation.
- Do you clean the bottom too?
- Vantage Yacht Management does not dive or clean bottoms. We utilize trusted divers for underwater maintenance.
- Can I add The Program to a boat I only use a few months a year?
- Yes, many of Vantage's managed yachts are enjoyed seasonally. Vantage Yacht Management is involved prior to splash, and well after your end of season haul.
